A decade of cellaring has transformed this deep and complex Shiraz into a beautifully layered and luxuriously smooth wine. The nose is rich with dark plum and blackberry, evolving into a decadent palate of ripe berries, fig, and warm Christmas spices. Silky tannins and a perfectly balanced structure create an elegant, lingering finish, making this a classic Shiraz that is drinking at its absolute peak.
